Terms & Conditions — spiv8 Official Platform Rules

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and spiv8 ("spiv8", "we", "us", "the Platform"). Access to, registration on, or use of any spiv8 service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

"Platform"

The spiv8 website located at https://spiv8.net, including all sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, APIs, and any related spiv8 services operated under the same brand.

"Member" / "User"

Any individual who has successfully completed the spiv8 registration process and holds a verified account on the Platform.

"Account"

The personal account created by a Member following successful registration, used to access all Platform services, manage funds, and place wagers.

"Balance"

The total funds denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held within a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.

"Wager" / "Bet"

Any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other market offered through the Platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer verification — the identity and documentation verification process required by spiv8 before processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold.

"WIB"

Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used for all customer support hours, payment processing references, and draw times stated on the Platform.

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any territory where accessing or using the Platform is illegal under applicable local law. Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their location.

Section 02

Eligibility

Age Restriction — 21+ Only. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit funds, or place any wager on the spiv8 platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, funds will be returned, and the matter escalated to spiv8's compliance department. spiv8 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

To be eligible to open and maintain a spiv8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

You are a natural person who is at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the Account remains active.
You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. spiv8 targets Indonesian players; it is your responsibility to ensure that your access and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of spiv8, nor a close family member or household member of any such individual.
You have not previously had a spiv8 Account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are not registering the Account for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

spiv8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, date of birth, and your preferred Indonesian Rupiah payment method. You must update your registration information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. spiv8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify spiv8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification: spiv8 operates a mandatory KYC process for all withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold. You will be required to submit a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of payment method ownership, and in some cases a selfie with your identity document. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

spiv8 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where spiv8 has reasonable grounds to believe that information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the spiv8 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). spiv8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by spiv8; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

Accepted deposit methods include transfers from the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by spiv8's payment processor. Standard processing time is under five minutes for e-wallets and under fifteen minutes for bank transfers, though delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside spiv8's control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. spiv8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
spiv8 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under three minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or peak demand periods.
spiv8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is above the KYC threshold or where unusual account activity has been detected.
Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for wagering purposes. spiv8 does not operate as a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account Balances.

Anti-Money Laundering: spiv8 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes. Any deposits that are not followed by genuine wagering activity may be flagged for review. spiv8 cooperates fully with lawful requests from competent authorities and reserves the right to freeze Account Balances pending investigation where required.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

spiv8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated in the applicable promotion details at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
Unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
spiv8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already accepted a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by such changes, subject to compliance with the original promotion terms.
Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Bonuses are offered for personal recreational use only. Any systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of automated scripts, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or bonus arbitrage strategies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account termination.
spiv8 does not guarantee the availability of any particular bonus to any particular Member and reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Section 06

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the spiv8 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.

spiv8's sportsbook covers a broad range of sporting events relevant to Indonesian Members, including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), Timnas Indonesia fixtures, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the AFF Cup, international badminton events, MotoGP, and e-sports including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile.

All Wagers are final once confirmed. spiv8 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed Wager except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human input error — spiv8 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance. This applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the Member at the time of wagering.
Wagers placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, payment fraud, or any form of cheating will be voided, and the Account will be subject to immediate termination.
spiv8 reserves the right to set maximum Wager limits and maximum payout limits per market, per event, or per Member at its sole discretion. Limits will be displayed in the relevant game or market interface where applicable.
The use of automated wagering software, bots, or any tool designed to place Wagers without direct human interaction is strictly prohibited.
All game outcomes produced by third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines are final. spiv8 does not operate proprietary RNG software; all RNG titles are supplied by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

Responsible Gaming

spiv8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if you feel that it is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental well-being, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to seek professional help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from the Account dashboard at no cost:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose over a defined period. The same cooling-off rules as deposit limits apply.
Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively using the Platform for a specified duration.
Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a time-out, you will not be able to deposit, wager, or access promotional offers.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the spiv8 Platform, including but not limited to the spiv8 brand name, logo, trade marks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement of content, is the exclusive property of spiv8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of spiv8's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Members who become aware of any infringement of spiv8's intellectual property rights are encouraged to report it to spiv8 support.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spiv8 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. spiv8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Service Interruptions: spiv8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. However, spiv8 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond spiv8's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers.

In all circumstances, spiv8's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Termination

spiv8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where spiv8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
The Member has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct.
The Member has used automated software, bots, or prohibited wagering strategies.
The Member has charged back or disputed a legitimate deposit transaction with their bank or payment provider.
Regulatory or legal obligations require the suspension or closure of the Account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting spiv8 customer support via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions, spiv8 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, void any open Wagers, and withhold funds that are the proceeds of prohibited conduct pending investigation.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law as applied by the courts of the jurisdiction in which spiv8 is licensed and incorporated. The parties agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

spiv8 acknowledges that its primary target market includes Indonesian players. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as a representation by spiv8 that use of the Platform is lawful in Indonesia or in any other jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country, state, or territory of residence.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 12

Amendments

spiv8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, spiv8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Account. In all cases, the revised Terms & Conditions will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

Members are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all previous versions.
